Violin Lessons

Lesson Information

Lessons are $70 for one hour, which includes technique, repertoire and music history. I teach from my studio located in Plymouth.

Teaching Philosophy

Creating a correct musical foundation is key, so lessons will focus on correct left and right hand positions, as well as proper sitting and standing positions! Scales, rhythm, bowing, etc. are incorporated in each lesson. This helps the student achieve the maximum level of control while feeling in command of their instrument. I strive to discover each student’s individual talents and interests in order for them to achieve a personal musical identity and love of the violin. I am also passionate about supporting young musicians, and and am ambassador for the Samuel Vargas Foundation, which provides music education for students around the world.
